1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1/4 cup vegan feta cheese, crumbled (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: 1 avocado, diced for creaminess

Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced bell pepper, and red onion slices. Gently toss to mix.
