4 cups fresh broccoli florets

6 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey
