Ingredients

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1 cup fresh arugula or spinach

1 cup shredded cooked chicken (optional)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Make the Spicy Honey Cream Cheese: In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, sriracha, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined. Adjust the level of sriracha to your preferred spiciness.

Prepare the Tortillas: Warm the tortillas lightly in a skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side to make them more pliable. This will also enhance their flavor.

Assemble the Wraps: Spread an even layer of the spicy honey cream cheese over each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

Layer the Filling: On each tortilla, place a handful of arugula or spinach as the base. Next, add a layer of sliced peaches and shredded chicken (if using).

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center and then roll it up from the bottom, ensuring the fillings are tucked inside securely.

Grill (Optional): For a crispy texture, place the wraps seam side down on a preheated grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally and arrange them on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zest.
