2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust based on spice preference)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cucumber, sliced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

1 avocados, diced

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

¼ cup walnuts or pecans, roughly chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.

    Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

      Cook the Salmon: Preheat your grill or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade, reserving the leftover marinade. Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through and flaky. Brush with the reserved marinade halfway through cooking for an extra glaze.

        Prepare the Salad Base: While the salmon is cooking, assemble the salad. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, feta cheese, and nuts. Toss gently to mix.

          Dress the Salad: Drizzle a little bit of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice over the salad base. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss again to coat evenly.
