3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

      Mix in Dry Ingredients: Add the egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix until combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

        Add the Goodies: Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.

          Shape the Cookies: Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each ball slightly and top with a few extra chocolate chips and mini marshmallows for garnish.
