Ingredients

1.5 lbs beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup unsalted butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup beef broth

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the beef: In a large bowl, season the beef pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Ensure the beef is evenly coated.

Sauté the garlic and onion: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, cooking until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Combine ingredients: In the slow cooker, combine the sautéed garlic and onion, soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to mix.

Add beef to the slow cooker: Carefully add the seasoned beef bites into the slow cooker. Stir to coat all the pieces in the sauce.

Melt the remaining butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining butter. Once melted, pour it over the beef in the slow cooker.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and infused with flavor.

Serve: Once cooked, stir the beef bites well to mix them with the sauce. If you'd like, you can thicken the sauce by removing the lid and cooking on high for an additional 30 minutes.

Garnish and enjoy: Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley. Pair it with steamed rice, crusty bread, or mashed potatoes to soak up the delicious garlic butter sauce.
