2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 cup chicken broth (or stock)

6 strips of cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

4-6 sandwich rolls or hamburger buns

Prepare the Chicken: Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the slow cooker. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.

    Add Liquid: Pour the chicken broth over the seasoned chicken, ensuring they are mostly submerged. This will keep the chicken moist as it cooks.

      Cook the Chicken: Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for 6-7 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

        Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker.

          Add Creaminess: In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Stir this creamy mixture into the shredded chicken mixture in the slow cooker, along with the chopped bacon.

            Melt the Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture. Cover the slow cooker again, allowing the cheese to melt for about 10-15 minutes on low.

              Prepare the Sandwiches: Slice the sandwich rolls or hamburger buns in half. For added flavor, you can lightly toast the insides of the buns if desired.
