Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon honey (plus more for drizzling)

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1 ball of fresh burrata cheese

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Sea salt, to taste

Cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional: toasted bread or crackers for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using an outdoor grill, clean the grates and oil them lightly to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Peaches: In a mixing bowl, toss the peach halves with olive oil, ensuring they're evenly coated. This will help them char nicely and add flavor.

Grill the Peaches: Place the halved peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until you see nice grill marks and they soften slightly. Flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until they're tender but still hold their shape. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Prepare the Burrata: While the peaches are grilling, gently place the burrata on a serving platter. Drizzle it with honey and balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper over it.

Assemble the Platter: Arrange the grilled peach halves around the burrata on the platter. Drizzle additional honey over the peaches if desired.

Garnish: Finish by adding fresh basil leaves in and around the platter for a pop of color and fresh flavor.

Serve: Accompany with toasted bread or crackers for an added crunch. Enjoy immediately while the peaches are warm and the burrata is creamy!
