4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish lightly with olive oil or non-stick spray.

    Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

      Prepare the Chicken: Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally, but do not cut all the way through. Make sure each breast has enough space to hold the filling.
