Ingredients

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

1 pound sliced deli ham

8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Rolls: Without separating the individual rolls, slice the entire package of Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Layer the Ingredients: Evenly layer the slices of ham over the bottom half of the rolls, followed by the slices of Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the rolls on top to form a sandwich.

Make the Butter Mixture: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds (if using). Mix well until fully combined.

Dress the Sliders: Carefully pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls, making sure to cover them nicely. You can use a brush for a more thorough coating.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Cool and Garnish: Once out of the oven, let the sliders cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve and Enjoy: Slice the sliders into individual servings and serve warm. Enjoy the melty, savory goodness!
