1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 carrot, julienned

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch piece of ginger, grated

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Toss to coat well and let it marinate for about 15-30 minutes for deeper flavor.

    Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Let it sear for about 2-3 minutes without stirring, then gently stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté the Veggies: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
