2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 medium onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup snap peas

1 carrot, julienned

2 green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked jasmine rice or noodles for serving

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat the beef evenly. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes while you prepare other ingredients.
