200g feta cheese, crumbled

4 large eggs

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Crusty bread, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Dish: In a medium baking dish, spread the crumbled feta cheese evenly across the bottom.

      Add the Tomatoes: Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes over the feta, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

        Season: Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and tomatoes. Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top.

          Create Wells for Eggs: Use a spoon to create small wells in the feta and tomato mixture for the eggs.

            Crack the Eggs: Carefully crack an egg into each well. Make sure to create enough space between each egg to avoid overcrowding.
