1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated

1 avocado, sliced

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Prepare the Salmon: Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
