2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or grilled)

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup uncooked white rice (or brown rice)

1 ½ cups chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for topping)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Pan: In a large oven-safe skillet or a baking dish, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, and uncooked rice.

      Make the Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together the chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cream cheese. Stir until well combined and creamy.

        Combine Ingredients: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken, broccoli, and rice in the skillet. Stir everything together until the rice and vegetables are well-coated with the sauce.

          Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture. If you’re using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle that on as well for added flavor.

            Bake: Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
