1 package (12 oz) wonton wrappers

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

1/2 cup basil pesto

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Wonton Wrappers: Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil. Take each wonton wrapper and gently press it into the cups of the muffin tin to form little cups. You can fan them out slightly for an appealing shape.

      Bake the Wonton Cups: Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for about 7-10 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

        Mix the Filling: While the cups are baking, combine the shredded chicken, basil pesto, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly coated with the pesto.

          Assemble the Wonton Cups: Once the wonton cups are ready, remove them from the oven and let cool slightly. Fill each wonton cup with the pesto chicken mixture, packing it down slightly.
