Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Extra powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated.

      - Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each individual dessert cup, pressing down lightly to form a solid base. Set aside.

        Make the Cheesecake Filling:

          - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

            - Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to mix until fully combined.

              - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.

                Assemble the Cups:

                  - Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each dessert cup on top of the crust with the cheesecake filling, filling it to the rim.

                    - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

                      Prepare the Topping:

                        - Just before serving, wash and dry the mixed berries. Arrange them on top of each cheesecake filling in an appealing manner.

                          - If desired, dust with extra powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves.

                            Serve and Enjoy:

                              - Serve the mini cheesecake fruit cups chilled. Enjoy the delightful blend of creamy cheesecake and fresh fruity goodness!
