Ingredients

1 package (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Grands!)

6 large eggs

6 strips of bacon

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon butter

Optional: Chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Once done, place them on a paper towel to drain excess grease. Once cool enough to handle, chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the biscuit dough and separate the individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit to about half of its original height and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake according to package instructions (usually around 10-12 minutes), until golden brown.

Make the Scrambled Eggs: While the biscuits are baking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk in the milk, salt, and pepper. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently, cooking until the eggs are just set but still creamy.

Assemble the Stacks: Once the biscuits are done baking, remove them from the oven and let cool for a minute. Slice each biscuit in half horizontally. Layer the bottom half of each biscuit with a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a sprinkle of chopped bacon, and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese. Top with the other half of the biscuit.

Melt the Cheese (Optional): If you like your cheese melty, you can return the assembled stacks to the oven for another 2-3 minutes at 375°F until the cheese is melted.

Serve and Garnish: Serve warm, garnished with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
