2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (grilled or rotisserie)

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Kalamata olives for garnish

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary. This will serve as your delicious Mediterranean dressing.

    Assemble the Chicken Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with about half of the prepared dressing. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

      Prepare the Vegetables: In another bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently.

        Warm the Tortillas: Lightly warm the whole wheat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until pliable. This makes wrapping easier and enhances flavor.

          Construct the Wraps: Lay a warmed tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the remaining dressing on the tortilla. Place a portion of the chicken filling in the center of the tortilla, followed by a handful of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.

            Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up to form a tight wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.
