Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon almond butter

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup chopped almonds (for topping)

Fresh fruits (e.g., sliced banana or berries) for garnish

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Transfer the oat mixture into a mason jar or an airtight container. Make sure it’s sealed tightly to prevent any spillage.

Refrigerate the jar overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid and soften.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the consistency is too thick for your liking, you can add a splash of almond milk to achieve your desired texture.

Top the oats with chopped almonds and your choice of fresh fruits. Drizzle a little extra maple syrup on top if desired.

Enjoy your Maple Almond Overnight Oats cold or at room temperature!
