1 ripe mango, diced

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 fresh jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for spice)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango and pineapple.

    Add the finely chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, and minced jalapeño (if using) to the bowl.

      Gently fold in the chopped cilantro, ensuring all ingredients are well mixed.
