1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 ounces cream cheese

1 cup almond flour

1 large egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup pizza sauce (for dipping)

¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, or your favorite pizza toppings

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted and incorporated.

      Mix the dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, and salt.

        Combine wet and dry mixtures: Add the melted cheese mixture to the bowl with dry ingredients. Mix until well combined, then add the egg and mix until a dough forms.

          Shape the dough: Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin to press it out into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

              Cut into sticks: Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the dough into stick shapes while still on the baking sheet.
