Ingredients

1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup Kit Kat bars, chopped (about 5 full-size bars)

1 cup sour cream

Chocolate ganache (for drizzling, optional)

Whipped cream (for topping, optional)

Additional Kit Kat pieces (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Make the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined, followed by the vanilla extract.

Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

Incorporate Kit Kat: Carefully fold in the chopped Kit Kat bars and sour cream into the cheesecake mixture until evenly distributed.

Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula and tap the pan gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

Chill the cheesecake: Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight to set.

Serve: Once set, carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top if desired, and garnish with whipped cream and additional Kit Kat pieces. Slice and enjoy your delicious Kit Kat Cheesecake!
