Hot Italian Sub Sliders

1 package (12 count) slider rolls

1/2 pound Genoa salami, thinly sliced

1/2 pound pepperoni, thinly sliced

1/2 pound capicola, thinly sliced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Slider Rolls: Slice the entire pack of slider rolls in half, creating a top and bottom half, and place the bottom half in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

      Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom half of the slider rolls.

        Layer the Meats and Cheeses: Begin layering the sliced salami, pepperoni, and capicola evenly over the bottom slider buns. Follow with the shredded provolone cheese.

          Add Vegetables: Layer the roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and black olives on top of the cheese.

            Season: Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over the top of the veggies.

              Assemble the Sliders: Place the top half of the slider rolls on top of the layered fillings.

                Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and a pinch of Italian seasoning. Mix well.

                    Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the tops are golden and crispy.
