Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)

1/4 cup cherry slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to mix until well combined.

Incorporate Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and smooth with no lumps.

Add Pineapple and Mix-Ins: Carefully fold in the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped macadamia nuts, being cautious not to overmix.

Chill the Salad: Transfer the mixture into a large serving bowl or individual cups, then cover with plastic wrap or a lid. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to firm up.

Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish with diced fresh strawberries and cherry slices if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy the tropical flavors!
