2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup Hatch green chilies, roasted and diced (canned or fresh)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: sliced jalapeƱos for added heat

Prepare the Ranch Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, cream cheese, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
