Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps

Ingredients
  

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and let marinate for about 15 minutes.

    Preheat Grill: While the shrimp is marinating, preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

      Grill Shrimp: Once the grill is hot, place the marinated shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the grill and set aside.

        Prepare Wraps: In a large bowl, mix the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until everything is well coated.

          Assemble Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, layer some of the Caesar salad mixture, followed by a portion of the grilled shrimp. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top and add crushed croutons for extra crunch, if desired.

            Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

              Serve: Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the wraps.
