2 cups cooked grilled chicken, sliced or shredded

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

1/2 cup sliced red onions

1/2 cup sliced cucumber (optional)

1 ripe avocado, sliced (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: If not already cooked, grill the chicken breasts over medium heat until fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side). Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest and then slice or shred the chicken.

    Warm the Tortillas: In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side, just until pliable. Alternatively, wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 20 seconds.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center. Add a generous handful of grilled chicken, followed by a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced red onions. If using, add cucumber and avocado slices for extra flavor.

        Season: Lightly season the fillings with salt and pepper to taste.

          Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the fillings, then roll from the bottom up, tucking the fillings in as you go, until tightly wrapped.

            Grill the Wraps: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat and lightly brush with olive oil or spray with cooking spray. Place the wraps seam side down on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.

              Slice and Serve: Remove from the grill, let cool for a minute, then slice each wrap in half. Serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
