Grilled Chicken Alfredo Flatbread

2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup baby spinach

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

      Prepare the Flatbreads: While the chicken rests, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
