1 ready-made sugar cookie dough (16 oz)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

1 cup pineapple, chopped

¼ cup apricot jam (for glaze)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Cookie Crust:

      - Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.

              - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

                - Beat until smooth and creamy.

                  - Gently fold in the whipped topping until well-combined.
