Ingredients

200g Brie cheese, sliced

200g Camembert cheese, sliced

100g blue cheese, crumbled

150g goat cheese, soft

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

1 cup assorted dried fruits (apricots, figs, dates)

1 cup fresh fruits (grapes, strawberries, apple slices)

1 jar honey or fig jam

1 fresh baguette, sliced

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (for garnish)

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare Your Board: Start by selecting a large wooden cutting board or a large serving platter where you'll assemble your ingredients. A variety of shapes and colors will make the board visually appealing.

Add the Cheeses: Begin by arranging the gooey cheeses—Brie, Camembert, blue cheese, and goat cheese—on the board. Place the Brie and Camembert in opposite corners, and scatter the blue cheese and goat cheese among them.

Arrange the Meats (Optional): If you choose to include meats, thinly slice your favorite cured meats (e.g., prosciutto, salami, and chorizo) and tuck them around the cheeses.

Incorporate the Fresh Fruits: Fill in spaces with fresh fruits like grapes, strawberries, and apple slices. Create a vibrant contrast to the cheeses and meats.

Add Dried Fruits and Nuts: Sprinkle the mixed nuts and dried fruits throughout the board for extra texture and sweet bites. Intermingle these to create a natural look.

Include the Bread: Neatly arrange the sliced baguette in a cluster. You can also toast the slices for extra warmth and crunch.

Drizzle or Serve with Accompaniments: Place a small bowl of honey or fig jam on the board for drizzling or spreading.

Garnish: Finally, sprinkle chopped fresh rosemary and thyme leaves over the board for a fragrant finish.

Serve: Present your gooey charcuterie board at room temperature. Encourage guests to mix and match flavors as they enjoy!
