Ingredients

4 ears of fresh corn

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Additional honey for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Corn: Start by husking the corn and removing all silk strands. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the corn cobs into quarters, lengthwise, to create the ribs.

Make the Honey Butter Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.

Coat the Corn Ribs: Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C). Brush the honey butter mixture generously over the corn ribs, ensuring they are well coated.

Grill the Corn Ribs: If grilling, place the corn ribs directly on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are tender and have nice char marks. If using an oven, place the corn ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Finishing Touches: Once the corn ribs are cooked, remove them from the heat. Drizzle additional honey over the top if desired, and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley for garnish.

Serve: Plate up your Golden Honey Butter Corn Ribs, and serve hot as an irresistible side dish or savory snack.
