Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup warm milk (110°F)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

      - In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm milk and melted butter. Gradually pour this mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.

        Knead the Dough:

          - Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm spot until it doubles in size (about 1 hour).

            Prepare the Garlic Butter:

              - In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and mix in the grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning.

                Shape the Rolls:

                  - Punch down the risen dough and transfer it back to the floured surface. Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball.

                    Coat the Dough Balls:

                      - Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. Layer them in a greased bundt or cake pan, stacking them closely together.

                        Second Rise:

                          - Cover the pan with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let the dough rise a second time for about 30-40 minutes, until puffy.

                            Bake:

                              - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Once the dough has risen, brush the tops with any leftover garlic butter and sprinkle some additional Parmesan on top.

                                - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

                                  Serve:

                                    - Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Turn the pull-apart bread out onto a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving warm.
