1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

Instructions
 

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, shredded coconut, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

    Add Wet Ingredients: To the dry mixture, add almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and form a sticky mixture.
