Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top of it. This allows the wings to cook evenly and become crispy.

Prepare the Wings: In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss the wings thoroughly until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.

Bake the Wings: Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40–45 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking and crispiness.

Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to brown the garlic. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined and remove from heat.

Toss the Wings: Once the wings are done baking and are crispy, remove them from the oven. Transfer them into a large mixing bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the hot wings. Toss them well to coat each wing with the rich, cheesy goodness.

Serve: Garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces, such as ranch or blue cheese, and enjoy the deliciously flavorful Garlic Parmesan Baked Wings!
