3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Radishes: In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved radishes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper until they are well-coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned radishes in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Make sure they are spaced apart for even roasting.

Roasting: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the radishes are tender and nicely browned.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.

Serve: Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing if desired.
