Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup grapes (red or green)

1 cup watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 banana, sliced

12-15 wooden or metal skewers

For the Yogurt Dip:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Start by washing all the fruit thoroughly. Hull the strawberries, peel the kiwi, and cut the watermelon and banana into cubes or slices. Gather all fruit in separate bowls for easy assembly.

Make the Yogurt Dip: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Whisk together until smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Refrigerate the dip until ready to serve.

Assemble the Skewers: Take a wooden or metal skewer and thread a piece of each fruit onto the skewer, alternating colors and types for a vibrant look. For example, start with a strawberry half, followed by a chunk of pineapple, a slice of kiwi, a grape, and finish with a watermelon cube.

Repeat: Continue threading the fruit onto the skewers until all the fruit is used up. Aim for 5-6 pieces of fruit per skewer, but you can customize according to your preference.

Serve: Arrange the finished skewers on a platter. Serve with the yogurt dip in a small bowl, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Enjoy: Grab a skewer, dip it in the yogurt, and enjoy this refreshing fruity treat!
