2 cups rolled oats

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup cocoa powder (optional, for chocolate flavor)

1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional, for added crunch)

A pinch of salt

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, chilled coffee, milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. If you're using cocoa powder, add it to the mixture for a chocolatey twist.

    Mix Thoroughly: Stir everything together until well combined. You should have a thick, custard-like mixture. If you’d like to incorporate chocolate chips or nuts for added texture, fold them in gently.
