Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk (add more if needed)

½ cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or any flavored yogurt of choice)

½ cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup chocolate chips, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions

Prepare the Dough: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. In another large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy. Add vanilla extract and milk, mixing until well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Chill the Dough: Scoop about a tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball. Place the dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once all the dough is formed into balls, cover and freeze for at least 30 minutes or until solid.

Mix the Yogurt: While the dough is freezing, in a medium bowl, combine the vanilla Greek yogurt and whipped topping, folding gently until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Rounds: Remove the frozen cookie dough balls from the freezer. Take a dough ball and dip it into the yogurt mixture, coating it thoroughly. Place it back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Drizzle the Chocolate: Repeat with all the cookie dough balls. After coating, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt-coated cookie dough round.

Final Freeze: Place the baking sheet back in the freezer for another 30 minutes to set the yogurt and chocolate.

Serve and Enjoy! Once the rounds are set, transfer them to a sealable container and store in the freezer. Enjoy them straight from the freezer as a cool, sweet treat!
