1/4 cup milk (any kind)

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon butter, softened

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Frozen Yogurt Topping:

1 cup frozen yogurt (your favorite flavor)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.

    Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

      Mix the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

        Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

          Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until it forms a smooth paste.

            Fill the Muffin Pan: Spoon a tablespoon of muffin batter into each mini muffin cup. Then, add a small dollop (about 1/2 teaspoon) of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top of the batter.
