Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup toffee bits (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.

Fold In Add-Ins: Gently fold in the toffee bits and mini chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout.

Mold the Rounds: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop, drop tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment, shaping them into round disks. Leave some space between each round, as they will spread slightly.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 4-6 hours, or until the rounds are fully frozen and firm to the touch.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully peel the rounds off the parchment, and serve immediately or transfer them to an airtight container for later enjoyment. Drizzle with a little extra chocolate or toffee sauce if desired!

Storage: Store any leftovers in the freezer, and enjoy them as a delightful, cool snack whenever the craving hits!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 12-15 rounds
