Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup toffee bits (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, coconut flakes, additional toffee bits, or chocolate drizzle

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

Add the Goodness: Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and toffee bits into the yogurt mixture. Make sure they are evenly distributed.

Line the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture into the lined baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. If desired, sprinkle additional toppings like crushed nuts or coconut flakes on top.

Freeze the Bars: Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer. Allow the mixture to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until it is completely solid.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the pan from the freezer. Use the overhanging parchment paper to lift the yogurt block out. Place it on a cutting board and cut into bars or squares using a sharp knife.

Store Leftovers: Store any leftover bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks, or enjoy immediately!
