Frozen Yogurt Choco Coconut Rings

Ingredients
  

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Cooking spray or parchment paper for lining

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base:

    In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.

      Mould the Rings:

        Using a donut silicone mold or ring-shaped muffin tin, lightly spray with cooking spray or line with parchment paper for easy removal. Spoon the yogurt mixture into each cavity, filling it to the top.

          Add the Coconut:

            Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of each filled ring, gently pressing it down into the yogurt mixture to ensure it sticks.

              Melt the Chocolate:

                In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.

                  Drizzle the Chocolate:

                    Once the yogurt rings are filled and topped with coconut, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each ring for a delicious finish.

                      Freeze:

                        Place the mold in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

                          Serve:

                            Once frozen, remove the rings from the mold by gently pulling them out. If necessary, run warm water over the outside of the mold to loosen them.

                              Enjoy:
