Ingredients

2 cups cereal of your choice (Corn Flakes or Fruity Pebbles work great)

1 cup whole milk

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for mixing in)

Fresh berries or crushed nuts (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Make the Cereal Milk: In a bowl, combine the cereal and whole milk. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to absorb the milk flavor, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into another bowl, discarding the cereal. You should have about 1 cup of cereal-infused milk.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Combine: Gradually stir in the cereal milk into the yogurt mixture until well blended. If desired, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips for an extra layer of sweetness.

Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Pour the yogurt mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Freeze: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Cut into Squares: Once fully frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Use the parchment overhang to lift the frozen yogurt square out of the dish. Cut into squares using a sharp knife.

Serve: For serving, you can top the squares with fresh berries or crushed nuts if desired. Enjoy your delicious frozen yogurt cereal milk squares immediately!
