Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup granola or chopped nuts (optional, for topping)

Dark chocolate chips (optional, for extra indulgence)

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into rounds, about 1/2 inch thick. Set aside.

Mix the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Layer the Mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a single layer of banana slices on the baking sheet.

Add Yogurt Swirl: Spoon a generous dollop of the yogurt mixture on top of each banana slice. Use the back of a spoon to swirl the yogurt slightly over the bananas, creating a marbled effect.

Freeze: Once all the banana slices are topped with yogurt, place the baking sheet in the freezer. Allow the slices to freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is solid.

Garnish (Optional): After the yogurt has set, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. If desired, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts over the top of each slice for added texture and flavor.

Serve: Let the slices sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving, making them easier to eat. For a touch of indulgence, you can drizzle some melted dark chocolate over the slices before serving.

Store: Any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
