Ingredients

4 cups of watermelon, cubed and frozen

1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: Start by cubing a fresh watermelon and placing the cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully frozen.

Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, coconut water, honey or maple syrup, and lime juice.

Blend to Perfection: Blend on high until all the ingredients are smooth and slushy. Stop to scrape down the sides if necessary and blend again until the texture is silky.

Taste and Adjust: Take a quick taste and adjust the sweetness or lime juice if desired. Blend again for a few seconds to incorporate.

Serve: Pour the slush into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.

Enjoy: Immediately enjoy your refreshing watermelon chill on a hot day or as a delightful dessert cooler!
