Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

2 cups ice cubes

1 cup cold water

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: In a blender, add the hulled and sliced strawberries. Blend until smooth and set aside.

Mix the Lemonade Base: In the same blender, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Blend until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Combine All Ingredients: Add the strawberry puree to the lemon juice mixture in the blender. Then, add the ice cubes and cold water. Blend on high until everything is well combined and you achieve a slushy consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste your frozen strawberry lemonade. If you prefer it sweeter, feel free to add more sugar and blend again. If it’s too thick, add a little more cold water.

Serve: Pour the frozen strawberry lemonade into tall glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices for a refreshing touch.

Enjoy: Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy this refreshing summer treat!
