Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 large ripe banana, sliced

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.

Layer the Yogurt Mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly to about 1/2 inch thick. Use a spatula for an even layer.

Add the Fruit: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries and bananas over the yogurt layer. Gently press them into the yogurt to ensure they stick.

Add Toppings (Optional): If desired, sprinkle dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and a pinch of sea salt over the top. This adds a delightful crunch and contrast to the creamy yogurt.

Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bark to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Using a sharp knife, break or cut the froyo bark into pieces of your desired size. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Enjoy: Delight in your homemade Strawberry Banana FroYo Bark as a refreshing snack or dessert!
