Ingredients

2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Zest of 1 orange

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: Orange slices or zest for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, orange zest, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Transfer to Cups: Pour the mixture evenly into small plastic or silicone cups, filling them about 3/4 of the way full. Leave some space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.

Insert Sticks: If you would like to use popsicle sticks, insert them into the center of each cup. If you're using silicone molds, you can skip this step as they are designed for easy unmolding.

Freeze: Place the cups or molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Release and Serve: To release the creamsicle cups, run warm water over the outside of the cups for a few seconds, then gently pull them out. If using silicone molds, they should pop out easily.

Garnish & Enjoy: Garnish with additional orange slices or sprinkle some orange zest on top before serving. Enjoy your refreshing Frozen Orange Creamsicle Cups on a hot day!
