Ingredients

2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 banana, sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for extra nutrition)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and slice the banana into smaller pieces for easier blending.

Blend: In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water (or almond milk), and honey (if using). If you're adding chia seeds, include them as well.

Mix Until Smooth: Blend the mixture on high speed until it is completely smooth and creamy. If the blend is too thick, add a little more coconut water or almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again if you add any additional ingredients.

Pour into Ice Cube Trays: Carefully pour the smoothie mixture into ice cube trays, filling each section to the top. You can use silicone trays for easier removal later.

Freeze: Place the filled trays in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.

Remove Cubes: Once frozen, pop the smoothie cubes out of the trays and transfer them to a resealable plastic bag or container. Label the container and store it in the freezer for later use.

Enjoy: When you're ready for a quick smoothie, blend 2-3 frozen cubes with your choice of milk or juice until you reach your desired consistency.
